Email us at claims@codespotr.co.uk within 48 hours of placing your order. Include your order ID, the date of purchase, and a screenshot clearly showing both. Claims sent after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
Our team reviews every claim within 7 working days. Once verified, we will send your £10 gift card by email. If we find the code was actually working at the time you submitted, we will share a screenshot to show you why the claim was not approved.
